·      Night owls, Leeds survivor led crisis service- call 08001488244 or text 07984376950 between 8:00pm-8:00am every day, this service is for under 25 year olds.

·      Dial house, Leeds survivor led crisis service- they offer in person support at dial house from 6:00pm-1:00am every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, call 08088001212 or text 07922249452 on the night you need support, for people age 16 and over. (It is best to call before 7:30pm to have a space allocated to you, there are two separate locations for this dependant on the day).

·      Papyrus – use their online chat, call 08000684141 or text 88247 (open 24/7) for people under 35 years old who are experiencing thoughts of suicide.

·      Crisis support NHS – call 111 , they can offer crisis support and also tell you about other services and helplines that are available!

·      SARSVL – Support after rape and sexual violence Leeds, has a helpline to call 08088023344 or text 07860022880 or email support@sarsvl.org.uk  (for women and girls and those who identify as female).

·      SHOUT- text SHOUT to 85258 to access text support (open 24/7).

·      Campaign against living miserably (CALM) – provides a helpline 0800585858 and we chat for men who are down or have hit a wall for any reason.

·      National domestic abuse helpline – run by refuge for women (24 hour support) call 08082000247.

·      Men’s advice line – for male victims of domestic abuse, call 08088010327.

·      Galop – an LGBTQ+ anti-abuse charity offering emotional and practical support, call 08009995428.

·      Karma Nirvana for forced marriage and honour crimes, call 08005999247 (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm).

·      Shelter -offers urgent advice about housing and homelessness, call 08088004444.
